Assessment
The teacher understands and uses multiple methods of assessment to engage learners in their own growth, to document learner progress, and to guide the teacher’s on-going planning and instruction.
This is a pre-assessment I did for four students during my student teaching. It goes under this standard because it shows where I could provide extra support to these students to give them support in their growth of learning.
These are exit tickets I did with my students at the end of some lessons to gauge their understanding. I then took the information I got from the exit tickets to apply to lessons during the next day.

This is an audio of me teaching phonics. I decided to include this under assessments because a lot of phonics is one big informal assessment of all the skills my first graders had learned up to this point. It also has audio of me doing an exit ticket at the very end.
